Pay as you go:

One class = £5.00
2 classes = £8.50
3 classes = £13.00

Classes are for all ages, abilities and fitnesses.

As well as keeping fit, these classes are a great way of releasing the days stresses in an enjoyable and fun atmosphere. It also gives you the chance to learn something new, or get back in to dance if you did it as a past hobby!

It is also a chance to catch up with friends old and new!

Any clothes can be worn that you feel comfortable in as long as you can move about freely!
